synaptics touchpad does not tap to click on icewm.

Hey guys,
I need some help with the synaptics touchpad driver. I can not get tap to
click working on icewm but it works on gnome after I enable it on mouse
settings.
I added 11-x11-synaptics.fdi to /etc/hal/fdi/policy but it still did not work.
So I recompiled and installed xf86-input-synaptics-1.1.99.1 but I still can
not get it to work. Thanks!
