Please do not use RAID-0 unless you have *very* specific requirements (which you have not yet stated) . You are highly unlikely to perceive any speed increases outside of synthetic benchmarks and you risk losing everything should one drive fail or corrupt itself. You might even have slightly reduced performance due to the overhead needed to handle it. 

At this time it does not appear that there is SB850 RAID support in Linux.
