Scientific Linux 4.9 Release Candidate 2 for i386 and x86_64

If no major bugs are found, this will be the final release.
There will not be a RC 2.5 unless a major bug is found.
We are expecting to release SL 4.9 this Thursday, April 21, 2011.

More testing and very minor bugs cleaned up.
The new xorg-x11 has been incorporated.  This is the one that fixes the 
xrdb problem.
