Synopsis:	Low: atrpms-repo update

The yum repo config files were pointing to the wrong directory for the 
atrpms repositories.  This was causing a yum denial of service for those 
users who had it enabled.  This update fixes the yum repo files so they 
point to the correct area.

SL 6.x

      SRPMS:
atrpms-repo-6-5.el6.src.rpm
      i386:
atrpms-repo-6-5.el6.i686.rpm
      x86_64:
atrpms-repo-6-5.el6.x86_64.rpm
