Hello Frank,
I know that Alan has already explained the problem, but I'm a little 
curious about what is going on.

Could you send the entire output, including what you typed at the 
command line.

Here's the deal.
pixman-0.16.6 (both i386 and x86_64) are in the regular release.
pixman-0.18.4 (both i386 and x86_64) are in the fastbugs repo.

So, it looks like you did the update, and then enabled the fastbugs 
repo, and tried to do the install.
If this is the case, you probably need to do the update again with the 
fastbugs repo enabled.

If it still isn't working after that, please send the full output.
