Hi Urs,

I just wanted to make a note that no replies to this thread would not
mean no one is testing. I have tried the liveDVD 64-bit and it worked
well. I have not done enough testing to make comments here.  :-)

I also see positive remarks about SL including LiveCD/DVD on the CentOS forums.
