I think it would be useful to have the Scientific Linux mailing lists
subscribable and postable by the gmane newsgroup interface (see
http://gmane.org/). That way people can use a news client to keep up to
date with the lists.

Do the SL team object to this? They can add the mailing lists on the
page here if they want to do it themselves
http://gmane.org/subscribe.php . I can do it otherwise.
