I'm using OCS Inventory to create a database of packages and their
versions for my SL machines. I'd like to write a script that goes through
the database and flags the ones that are out-of-date, indicating how
important an upgrade is. Is there a source of package versions and
errata that is easy to parse by machine?

thanks,
