Michel,

I am able to reproduce it, that makes it easier to find a fix.

It appears that you can run ntp if you configure it by hand, so that 
narrows things down.

Just so you know, it won't be fixed for Alpha 2 (coming out in a few 
hours) but we'll put it in the "Known Bugs" and hopefully it can be 
fixed by Alpha 3.
