I think I found the first bug: (x86_x64, ks install, text mode, using kernel & initrd from images/pxeboot):
Immediately before %pre is executed, the following is printed on VT1:
SELinux: Could not open policy file <= /etc/selinux/targeted/policy/policy.24: No such file or directory
/sbin/load_policy: Can't load policy: No such file or directory
And all files end up unlabeled, and SELinux disabled after installation.
