Is there a way to control the settings for a laptop's
(Dell Inspiron 1150 in my case) backlight while on
battery power? I do not seem to be able to find
the kpowersave package in either the SL-5.5 or
RedHat EL5 repositories, and I have not been able
to successfully install it from source. Is there a package
available, or is there another way to adjust the display's
brightness?
