Hello Tomas,
It's a bit strange that you would ask for amavisd-new-snmp to be 
included in Scientific Linux, when neither amavisd or amavisd-new is 
included.
When I look I see that amavisd-new is included in the dag / rpmforge yum 
repository, which is probably where you got it.  I would suggest you ask 
them to include amavisd-new-snmp to dag and/or rpmforge.
