They are there
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/extra/dag/redhat/el5/en/i386/dag/RPMS/clamav-0.96.2-2.el5.rf.i386.rpm
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/extra/dag/redhat/el5/en/x86_64/dag/RPMS/clamav-0.96.2-2.el5.rf.x86_64.rpm

and it looks like they have been there for a while (looking through my
syncing logs)
I even see them when doing yum

# yum --enablerepo=dag list clamav*
...
Available Packages
clamav.x86_64 0.94.2-1.rf
clamav-db.x86_64 0.94.2-1.rf
clamav-devel.x86_64 0.94.2-1.rf
clamav-milter.x86_64 0.94.2-1.rf
#

Is it possible that you are behind some type of http proxy, or going
through some caching gateway, that has an old cache?
