       I get back as in fact it works for 4 among our 5 Optiplex 740.

       The  one  on  which   'enable_msi=0'  does  nothing  is  older
       05/12/2007  (versus  08/07/2009),  has  a  BIOS  Version:1.2.2
       Release  Date: 10/11/2007 (versus Version: 2.2.2 Release Date:
       04/01/2009)  and  the only difference in lspi is  the  graphic
       card :

       00:05.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation C51 [GeForce 6150 LE] (rev a2)
       versus 
       03:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation G98 [GeForce 9300 GE] (rev a1)
