I am applying for a job in the physics institute of my university, and
as a part of the test, I am supposed to do an install, and then "make
the system secure" and "monitor network performance"

I am currently reading the red hat 5.4 deployment guide (that is what
SL is based on, right ?). I'd like more tips on things to read, if
anyone has any ideas.
