Pure Red Hat only. As a matter of fact, they're pretty tightly coupled. 
I just noticed that you can purchase a machine from Dell with a RH 
"license" and when you go to the RH support site, you can/have to enter 
the Dell system's ID and they check it against the Dell DB (somewhere).
