In fact it was in the 760s as in the boot menu there is a new
option :
Intel® Management Engine BIOS Extension (MEBx)
which allow to configure AMT (I knew nothing about that)
So I disabled the "ME state control" and those machines
stopped to ask our dhcpd server for a dynamic IP.
