No, SElinux is not active.
But if it were activated I may have to run:

setsebool -P named_write_master_zones true


In my case I have found the following information:

I added the line:

ENABLE_ZONE_WRITE=yes

to /etc/sysconfig/named

This is per default off. 
I hope my problem is now fixed.
