being that there have been no replies, either do to no one reading this
thread, or no knowledge of what is installed from livecd, i will make a
suggestion.

because an install from a livecd supposedly installs what is on cd, try
running 'rpm -q -l ndiswrapper' to see if it is installed.

if not, connect to internet and run 'yum install ndiswrapper'.
