There is no native support for Realtek 8187B in RHEL/SL because the 
Linux 8187B driver requires the newer mac80211 stack (so you also won't 
find support in 3rd party repositories either).

I would guess your best course of action would be to try with the 
Windows driver and ndiswrapper.
