Hi!

I have installed Amarok from the EPEL repository. However when I try to play
an mp3 file I get the message that the xine-lib can't play mp3's.

I know that xine-lib from EPEL doesn't support mp3's due to some licensing
issue. But I can't install xine-lib from DAG repository either, because of
missing dependencies.

Does anybody know how to resolve these dependency problems with the DAG repo?

I tried to make Amarok use gstreamer instead of xine but without success.

Please help, Amarok is my favorite audio player.

Thank you.

Ivan
