redhat-release-5Server-5.4.0.3
centos-release-5-4.el5
sl-release-5.4-1

See the difference? It turns out that this problem is due to SL's
differing from upstream in a fairly big way: SL changes the version of
the sl-release RPM for every point release, whereas upstream changes
only the release number of its release package. Hence the value of
$releasever will change on SL for every point release, which breaks repo
configurations.

I mentioned this to the Livna maintainers and they added a bunch of
symlinks so it quits breaking for SL 5.3 and up. Try it again - it
should work now.
