Hello,
The new security update for SL5 has been built and is currently being
tested. This is the first kernel update from RedHat since 5.4 was
released, and I'd really like people to test it.

I currently don't have a set date on when we will push this out, or if
we will push it out to the general errata.

To test or update

SL5
-------

     yum --enablerepo=sl-testing update kernel\*

or you can download rpm's by hand at

http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/5rolling/testing/i386/kernel/
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/5rolling/testing/x86_64/kernel/

Thanks
Troy Dawson
