Hello all,

thanks for Scientific Linux, looks all very nice. ;-)

I've seen reports that you hardlink e.g. *.i386.rpm packages,
but from looking at the "5rolling" directories, you could also
hardlink the identical *.noarch.rpm packages.

Possible hardlink candidates can be seen with:
    /usr/sbin/hardlink -nvv /mirror/scientific/53rolling/

You might even run this command for older releases to save
some bandwidth/harddisk space.

regards,

Florian La Roche

P.S. Newest 5rolling/5.4rc looks good and is already running on some
XenU guests. Nice to have all newest rpm packages directly included.
