Scientific Linux 4.8 Alpha for i386 and x86_64

We have the alpha release of Scientific Linux 4.8 for i386 and x86_64 up 
in the 40rolling area.

This alpha release has
- the new Update 8 rpm's from TUV recompiled and put into the release
- all the errata since Update 8 was released
- all the fastbugs since Update 8 was released
- sl-release changed to 48, but rhn/sources is pointing to 40rolling
- yum-conf has been updated to point to 40rolling
- The installer was rebuilt to use the new kernel

We have verified that it will install, but not much else.
