Ah, sorry, I did not think about it.  You need to install the
reiserfs-utils rpm which is available from the centosplus repository:

If your system is running 32-bit,

http://mirror.centos.org/centos/5/centosplus/i386/RPMS/reiserfs-utils-3.6.19-2.4.1.i386.rpm

if 64-bit,
