ok.
instead of running yum thru elrepo, i had pulled file and ran local install.
[root@argosyiayia ~]# cd /home/users/www/elrepo.org/linux/elrepo/el5/i386/RPMS
[root@argosyiayia RPMS]# yum \
localinstall kmod-reiserfs-1.00-1.el5.elrepo.i686.rpm
<snip>
Running Transaction
Installing: kmod-reiserfs ######################### [1/1]
Unable to look at what's on dbus
Installed: kmod-reiserfs.i686 0:1.00-1.el5.elrepo
Complete!
[root@argosyiayia RPMS]#
as you can see, only error is with 'dbus'.
ignoring this, i changed '/etc/fstab' to mount /dev/hdc1, a reiserfs and
rebooted.
during reboot, only error was that reiserfsck was not available.
a check of logs shows mounting /dev/hdc1. nothing about reiserfsck.
being that yumex does not show reiserfsck, as i had expected, what package
would i find it in on elrepo?
taia.
