Hi Elena,
We've been able to reproduce this on x86_64 installs, but have no 
solution.  As far as I can tell, the rpm installs correctly.
In searching, it did lead us to discover that the java-1.6.0-sun-compat 
rpm wasn't being installed, which means that browsers don't have a java 
plugin.  So, we have fixed a couple of bug's investigating this, but 
nothing that actually get's rid of that error message.
And since the jdk rpm is an rpm we cannot touch, it's not something I 
can do much about.
