I guess you can
- either remove all aufs related rpms, update to the latest SL kernel
(2.6.18-128.1.1.el5) and install aufs again with yum.
- or you can build the kernel-module-aufs for your installed kernel(s)
using the new SRPM
http://www.livecd.ethz.ch/download/SRPMS/5x/aufs-0.20090202.cvs-6.sl5.src.rpm
Troy, aufs-0.20090202.cvs-6.sl5.src.rpm is not yet in
ftp://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/5rolling/SRPMS/SL/
Cheers,
Urs
