This is not really related to the 5.3 kernel but rather a general
question.  I noticed in dmesg the following line:

- User ID: Red Hat, Inc. (Kernel Module GPG key)

Is this so intended?  On CentOS systems, I see "CentOS" in place of
"Red Hat, Inc."
