Luckily someone commented the spec file for that rpm, and there are some 
functions in jpackage-utils >= 1.7.3 that are needed.  So it looks like 
we probably will be pushing out a newer jpackage-utils for SL 4.4 and older.
Give me a little time to make sure that doesn't cause more problems. 
And if it doesn't we'll have that out later today.
