Hi Valery,
There had been a crash on the back end, where everything is stored, when we 
were pushing out the security errata.  Usually this just means a temporary 
pause for a few seconds or a few minutes.  Evidently this time one machine 
thought it had sent over the files succesfully, when they hadn't really been 
sent successfully.
The cups rpm's are there now, and I have checked all the other repositories, 
and this was the only one affected.
