Hi all,

It turns out to be the problem of Intel ethernet driver issue. The
problematic RHEL driver for igb is at version 1.0.8-k2. After I
download and compiled the lated driver from Intel, my Xen DomU is
working again! It sets me back for two days of intensive trouble shooting!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions.
