Sure.  You can grab the RPMs at:

	http://cern.ch/fuji/foo/SL_no_colorls-2.0/

It installs two flavours of shell snippet into /etc/profile.d/
that purifies the aliases.  Please note that this happens *before*
user dotfiles are processed.

I've tested it with sh/ksh/bash/zsh/csh/tcsh, but don't trust me. :-)  
Please give it a spin and let me know how it goes.
