Yes, but only recently, because there was an error (at my site in the
end). And after rebuild my local repo yum run fine from that repo.

But in case I've try to run yum just after mirroring to the local
repo without rebuilding, the error in primary.xml.gz is there
from both my local repo and from original site ftp.scientificlinux.org.
I was under impession that the primary.xml.gz should be reread
from the second Baseurl - ftp.scientificlinux.org.
So, as a conclusion, yum does not read primary.xml.gz from the
second and other Baseurls, only from the first one in the *.repo.
Am I right?
