Hi Rachid,

That message stands for invalid personality which means [translating 
from HP speak] the file you're trying to send to the printer is in 
language not supported by that printer. For example, the printer you 
dealing with may not have postscript interpretator installed.
So you may try to convert .ps into .pcl [you can use the ghostscript  
for that purpose].
