I don't know gEDA, but I would suggest to read the documentation ;-)

As written at http://geda.seul.org/wiki/geda:gschem_warmup you should 
run (from the console) 'gschem'.

In general, if I don't know the binary name of a rpm package "xyz", I do 
the following

# rpm -ql xyz | grep /bin/

for example for gnuplot

# rpm -ql gnuplot | grep /bin/
