The first beta release of Scientific Linux 4.7 is available for both i386 and 
x86_64.  It is in the rolling area.

This first beta release has all of the recompiled Update 7 packages recompiled, 
all of the latest security and fastbug updates.
It also has our usual anaconda (installer) changes needed to make sites.
