there is still 

perl-5.8.5-36.2.i386.rpm           05-Nov-2007 13:49   12M

which are seen as newer than :

perl-5.8.5-36.el4_6.3.i386.rpm      12-Jun-2008 09:17   12M
perl-5.8.5-36.el4_6.3.x86_64.rpm    12-Jun-2008 09:19   13M

in

so they are not updated. 

The same is true for perl-suidperl
