The dependancy (selinux-policy) has been pushed out.  I have tested and it 
doesn't require any more dependancies.  So it looks like we are good to go.
Sorry about missing that.
You might have to do a
   yum clean all
to clean up your yum cache is you don't want to wait for tonight for the update.
