You are not root, you must be root.
But the path to ndiswrapper is
/usr/sbin/ndiswrapper
I would also look at the documentation that comes with the rpm
/usr/share/doc/ndiswrapper-1.41
And at their web site
http://ndiswrapper.sourceforge.net/
