speaking purely (and selfishly) as a sysadmin, I'm happy to see the
other admins in our group using and managing SL on the desktop.  This
helps to foster skills (eg. yum,rpm,chkconfig,kickstart,etc) relevant
to managing our 200 or so SL tier-1 nodes   :-}
