No, this "feature" is only in Skype-3. But rumors have it that a tight 
local firewall and/or an explicitly-configured SOCKS5 proxy  will 
prevent supernode functionality. At worst, some nifty iptables magic 
should ensure that Skype will keep very few connections open (but 
perhaps check the RPM for firewall-manipulating %post scripts).

http://www.skype.com/security/universities/ seem to confirm the SOCKS5 
method (and also that NAT will prevent supernoding).

There seems to be no clear answer from Skype on when this featur will 
reach Linux (or MacOSX)
