The big issue with Skype here and at other universities is that computers
running Skpye, especially ones with access to a lot of bandwidth, can
become "supernodes", relaying other people's calls and sending network
usage skyrocketing. Skype provides instructions for disabling this in the
Windows version via a registry change. Does anyone know of a a way to do
this in the Linux version?

thanks,
