yum-plugin-kmdl? If you install it you already use it. It will
automatigaclly do the right thing when you yum update or yum install
kernel.

As written above just do
yum install alsa-driver-kmdl-`uname -r` alsa-driver
And reload the drivers (if you don't know how, just reboot).
