Yes, that is the one. I could swear it was gone from the ftp site 
yesterday. :-)
The (European) website still gives A04 as the latest.

With it installed, the 'PCI: Cannot allocate resource region <x>' 
messages are gone and the ATI vendor  drivers start to work.
