Hello,
ftp.scientificlinux.org and rsync.scientificlinux.org need to go down for a 
reboot.  It will happen at 10:00 am CST (in about 10 minutes)
I apologize for this.  We do try to keep this at a minimum but sometimes it 
just needs to be done.
They should be back up within a half hour.
