Does anyone know how to create an AuthDBMGroupFile for Apache 2.2.3 on 
an SL5 machine?

The old deprecated command dbmmanage, which could do so, has been 
replaced by htdbm,
but there is no mention of group functionality in htdbm at all.  I 
searched the net and I have found that someone had posted similar 
question in 2005, but there was no answer to that thread.
