Oh, I just saw that iwl4965.ko is there!
/lib/modules/2.6.18-53.el5/kernel/drivers/net/wireless/iwlwifi/iwl4965.ko

So, only iwlwifi-4965-ucode is maybe missing, but this is easy to provide.
I will test the iwl4965 driver tomorrow on real hardware ...
