The rpm is  gcc4-c++-4.1.1-53.EL4.

It is the only gcc4-c++ in the "SL 4 base" repo, i.e.,
http://ftp.scientificlinux.org/linux/scientific/4x/i386/SL/RPMS/.

At the same time, I also installed gcc4-4.1.1-53.EL4 (needed) and
gcc4-gfortran-4.1.1-53.EL4 and gcc4-java-4.1.1-53.EL4 (why not).
